Sunset Beach House
Relax with friends and family in an original 1960s beach cottage. You are literally on the beach.
Sunset Beach House is a waterfront home which has been freshly refurbished with designer furniture & luxurious bedding. Being an original home, the house has quirks which add charm & lovely details such as original timber floors and tiles.
With the beach in your front yard, you won’t want to leave.
The home is a 5 minute walk to Soldiers Point Marina with its restaurants and cafes.
The home sleeps 7 people; 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen and a tri bunk (double/single)
There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet and bathtub in the home and another toilet is located just outside the house.
The living and dining area is open plan. There is a sunroom facing the water with extra lounge seating for relaxing and a balcony with an outdoor setting for 8 to enjoy meals by the sea.
For more guests than 7. It’s $40 per person per night for the extra fold up bed. High chair & cot also available

Amazing memories created
Absolutely loved this house right on the beach. Location is 10/10. Easy access for fishing on the pier, a little dip in the water, kayaking, great deck to watch the world go by. Very peaceful area. My young kids enjoyed every part of the stay. The beds were really comfy too. Made some great memories with visiting family.

Stunning location
We had the most beautiful stay at Sunset Beach, it definitely lives up to its name.
We loved the house and front deck watching the sunset was absolutely spectacular.
So many beautiful memories created. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us. We can’t wait to come back.

Comfortable and family friendly house
The stay was absolutely amazing. The house being located right in front of the beach made it great for the kids as well! The house was clean and very well organised and furnished. Highly recommended
