“Wonderful hotel, excellent location with provate parking of you contact them ahead of time. Food was a slight let down, but its not to say it was bad just not exceptional. Coffee wasnt great either. Cocktails were fantastic and the roof top bar is fantastic. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. ”

“This property was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach but just far enough that you were not in front of all the foot traffic. So you got the privacy you needed plus the proximity you want. The breakfast was delicious. Hotel rooms were big, clean and fully updated. If you are looking for a boutique style hotel in a nice area where you can relax and explore, this is the hotel. Oh and don’t forget to ask about the spa! Overall, I will be……

“The hotel was very peaceful, though within easy reach of a tram stop to either Soller or the port. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although the dinner menu had limited options, the food was very good and the breakfast buffet had a huge choice. The mountain views were spectacular, even during a thunderstorm!”

Staff were first class and super attentive, the room and location absolutely perfect with tram station, beach, boat tours and an array of restaurants literally metres away. “Awful experience. This hotel should be a ONE star. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and resorts in my life and this has to be one of the worst experiences. I wasn’t alone during my check in, as there was a cockroach checking in beside me on the lobby floor. I told the front desk immediately… the bathroom was full of insects (silverfish), cockroach on my balcony, and despite the hotel advertising that they had Air Conditioning, the AC was not yet turned on (apparently they turn it on in May).……

“The room was super clean, we were upgraded as part of our honeymoon and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival to the room. The amenities are incredible and like nothing we’ve had before. All staff were extremely attentive and everything is included in breakfast. The dining options are wonderful and food was great. The pool staff were very friendly and tended to every need. The hotel has a WhatsApp communication which is extremely responsive to all needs such as booking……
