「Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but...」

「We stayed in the Green room for just one night but wished it was longer; what an absolutely lovely and deluxe room. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Chairs and sofa, a dressing table and a rather comfortable bed, and various types of pleasant lighting. Very clean bathroom with Faith in Nature toiletries and other useful extras. Someone has put a lot of thought into making this a lovely room. We had a nice welcome, the parking was good, and would thoroughly recommend.」

We were late arriving, rang to let them know an ETA (9.30pm) and enquired if they were still serving food, they informed us that they had stopped serving food around 8 pm, but that they would cook for us on arrival, which was ideal (particularly for a family of 4, all hungry and tired)!
