“This place was nothing like the listing. The place we stayed was a unit in a complex with walls so thin we heard loud barking dogs and people talking until after midnight. The shower drain was clogged, the towels poor quality and stained. Even the trash sack in the kitchen was ridiculously small. Property management said this would be comparable to the listing due to a last minute change but it was less bedrooms, bad neighborhood, and not a whole house. I will not be booking with this company……

“The property was perfect for our very short stay. It was in a safe neighborhood, and the property itself was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. In addition the owner was flexible with check in and check out. The only suggestion I would give is perhaps adding some warm touches perhaps artwork, vases, faux flowers etc. just because the place seemed a bit cold. I would stay again.”

While the home was gorgeous, I wished there was a home book to tell about procedures while at the home. We were able to message the property manager, but it seemed a bit of an inconvenience. “Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in San Diego und in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Rebecca hat super geklappt. Sie hat uns die nötigen Infos für den Check In zur rightigen Zeit gegeben und war während des Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß und perfekt ausgestattet, inkl Waschmaschine und Trockner. Vor allem die Küche haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und haben sehr viel selbst gekocht. Es fehlten lediglich eine Schere und ein Gemüsemesser. Rebecca hat uns……
