“I felt the stay was good for the price. However, in the middle of the night, loud music from nearby rooms and the smell of tobacco smoke drifted into my room and bathroom, so I had to open the windows. I reported it to the front desk, and they were very accommodating — they refreshed my floor and room right away. The staff was helpful overall and took good care of me, especially since I was visiting from out of state. The staff was really helpful and made me feel taken care of!!!!!”

“Overall, the building was well maintained and the property was clean. We did experience an issue with the first room we were assigned, but we were moved promptly. However, the access codes were not properly updated, which caused a problem on the second day when we were unable to reenter the property. We had to call the 24 hour customer service line and, after about 40 minutes, were finally able to regain access. That was very frustrating.That said, I believe this was an isolated incident. The……
