I had stayed here a couple of years ago and it was a nice place, convenient and well maintained. I was extremely disappointed this time around as there was lots of questionable going on, they rent rooms now by the hour and the smell of marijuana is all around the common spaces. We had a non-smoking room and it smelled of marijuana. Will never stay there again.

Great spot for a short personal visit back home. Great location w/ bus and train within 2 blocks. Food spots nearby; resturants, a new market, and bodega w/ a grill for a hot breakfast sandwich. BUT, be advised, cannabis is legal in the city and at the hotel, it was prevalent.

La primera habitación que obtuve no servía el aire me dieron otra esa estaba un poco mejor. Sobre el servicio muy mal me hospedé 3 días y no dieron servicio a la habitación, pedí toallas extras y venían con cabellos. Me acerco a la recepción a pedir servicio para la habitación y aún así no lo dieron…. Tuve una mala experiencia. The first room I got didn't serve the air they gave me another one that was a little better. About the very bad service I stayed 3 days and they didn't give room service, I asked for extra towels and they came with hair. I went to the reception to ask for room service and they still didn't give it.... I had a bad experience.

This was an unbelievable stay. I knew something was awry when I saw a vending machine in the lobby with nothing but 2 c0nd0m kits in it, but it was late and the odds of finding another place on NY Marathon weekend were slim. The first night, a screaming drunk fight broke out at 2:30 am in the nearby stairway where I thought a woman was being unalived, and the guy broke his ankle. The cops and ambulance came. The following night for about 3 hours, starting around 11:00 pm, shrieking and banging s3x noises went on in the room next to ours with a shared wall. It was so loud echoed in the hall. They took breaks and laughed in the hallway, more than two voices — it was absolutely an adult video shoot. The s3x noises weren’t confined to night hours. It carried on into the day, starting up again around noon, off and on until about 2 pm. The final night, more screaming s3x noises and banging squeaking beds, different room a little further away this time but there is NO soundproofing. Luckily that stopped around midnight. Also, there’s a backseat of a car in the parking lot covered in used needles. Just, wow. The staff were fine. The room wasn’t dirty. The towels had faded stains. I’m familiar with the neighborhood. None of these facts would ever bring me back again. My skin crawls even now.
