“Excellent location close to the airport and activities. 2 elevators were not working though leavin 3 working.”

“The first time we stayed here was 5 years ago and we decided to come back for our 10 year wedding anniversary- what a mistake. First room we got into- the smell was awful, the microwave didn’t work, and our doors didn’t lock. The next one we got placed into- not the cleanest room. There was also the smell of weed on our whole floor and it was terrible. I should have booked somewhere else honestly.”

“Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The associate who assisted me with check-in was efficient, but I did not find the interaction particularly warm or welcoming, which made the arrival experience feel less pleasant than expected. Upon entering my room, I noticed towels left on the floor near the entrance, which gave the impression that the room had not been fully prepared. I also found that the shower gel and shampoo bottles were less than half……

“We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee……
