「Great hotel!」

「We were impressed with our stay start to finish. The hotel front desk couldn’t be more friendly. The hotel was super clean and the rooms spacious. Had great grab n go snacks/drinks and an excellent bar/restaurant with good food and drinks! The bartenders are super friendly and provided high level customer service! Parking is ample and lots of food around. Right off of I-26. 」

「There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, the baseplates for the standing light fixture were rusty, there was no ice bucket. The check-in front desk person, when I walked in the lobby, muttered in a negative voice, "Here comes another one." He was not really friendly, but did his job efficiently. I need to book a 5 night stay in Columbia beginning this weekend, but I will not book it in this hotel. Oh, and the drapes did not close completely, and I was on the ground floor, so my privacy was...

「My kids were delayed on an airline; needed a place to stay. I called and asked about age limit and they sent me paperwork so my kids could have a hotel room until the next flight out on the next day. Peace of mind knowing that my children could sleep somewhere other than an airport for 12+ hours. So lucky this place was willing to work with me at the midnight hour and beyond. 」
