“We loved our stay here. Super cute and cozy house in a great location that is close to everything. It had everything we needed. ”

“House came with everything you could possibly need, such as games, chargers, coffee, more towels than even 8 of us could possibly use. Anything you'd need is within walking distance. We needed wal mart, flower shop, ice cream place, subway and convenience store and they're all within a couple of blocks. Check in and out was easy and no onerous clean up rules. ”

“This property exceeded or expectations. Wonderful, peaceful and quiet, It’s just minutes away from Hutch and the drive is very easy. We will stay here again the next time we need to come to Hutch.”

“The inside of the home is perfect! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The outside of the home could use some cleaning up. The grass was pretty tall and the trees really needed trimming. This did not affect our stay at all. I also had a little trouble with locking the front door. You have ro hold down the lock button instead of just pressing it. Overall it was a great stay. Would stay again for sure!”

“We reserved a room with a king-size bed. The room was nice. It had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. We used the microwave and the refrigerator. The bed had red and white sheets with a white comforter. It was an attention grabber. The main room had a loveseat and ottoman. It was nice. The mattress is the main complaint. It was well worn with holes (you know, when you've had your mattress way too long, it has a burrow where you sleep). It was comical trying to roll out of the hole……

“This house was right where we needed to be, close to family we were visiting. It was right next to the Redbud trail you can walk/bike a mile to 13th street park- a beautiful, recently renovated park with so many fun things. We also spent a day at the Andover YMCA which is 5 minutes away-lots of fun things to do there. The house was decorated beautifully. A very handy floor plan. Nice firm beds. Everything we needed. The beds in the basement were bigger than I anticipated, double beds instead of……
