「We stopped in Billings on a road trip, and the reason I stayed here is because the waterpark was supposedly included in the stay. There were pictures on the website of the water park, and my 5 children were so excited. What they don’t tell you is it’s not included, it actually costs $20 a person! That was really frustrating for me, because I felt I was tricked. The hotel was good, breakfast was pretty good, but I hoped it would have bacon. Also, I asked for a late checkout and first was told...

「Bodhi Farms is magical, such a creative and clever use of the land! The beds are comfy, the bedding is soft and they’ve thought of everything (bed warmer, hot water kettle, robes) Our only critique is that there should be phone staffing - we had some confusion on the check in process and couldn’t get a call/text/email back in a timely manner - all worked out in the end, though 😉. Can’t wait to stay again!」

「Nice facility. Friendly staff. Clean pool. We had a problem with verifying the reservation we made 2 months before our stay. They checked us in by Name, not by confirmation code. And ended up charging us again for the stay. When we called them about it they said WE had double booked 2 months ago and one was charged for a no show. They could not credit the new charge only the one from 2 months ago. We paid $150 more. Our confirmation code was the same for both mine and my husband's names....

「A bed, shower and a cup of coffee in your room in the morning. That it! Pray it isn’t a warm evening because there is no a/c. Rooms is very old and needs repair. Paid $240 for one night.」

「Older hotel with no upgrades. Bed wasn’t great, staff was friendly, hot tub jets were not great. Breakfast was horrible. Wouldn’t stay here again for the price paid.」

「The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures. We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues....
