「We stopped in Billings on a road trip, and the reason I stayed here is because the waterpark was supposedly included in the stay. There were pictures on the website of the water park, and my 5 children were so excited. What they don’t tell you is it’s not included, it actually costs $20 a person! That was really frustrating for me, because I felt I was tricked. The hotel was good, breakfast was pretty good, but I hoped it would have bacon. Also, I asked for a late checkout and first was told...

「Bodhi Farms is magical, such a creative and clever use of the land! The beds are comfy, the bedding is soft and they’ve thought of everything (bed warmer, hot water kettle, robes) Our only critique is that there should be phone staffing - we had some confusion on the check in process and couldn’t get a call/text/email back in a timely manner - all worked out in the end, though 😉. Can’t wait to stay again!」

「Our stay was overnight before a backpacking trip into the beartooth wilderness the next day. We were given a room that was clean and a typical 2 bed hotel room. Upon arrival the view was amazing. The property is on the main drag in town and very close to stores and restaurants. Here’s the bad- hotel is older as many people have stated. There seems to be no insulation in between units. A family upstairs had kids jumping and yelling late into the night which we heard every bit of even simple...

「The stay was quite disappointing. Upon entering our room, we found an ozone machine still left inside. After looking it up and learning that high concentrations of ozone can affect the respiratory tract, I grew concerned about the hotel's housekeeping and safety procedures. We informed the front desk and were moved to a new room, but unexpectedly, the bedsheets there were dirty. After a long day of traveling, it was exhausting to deal with a room change, only to encounter further hygiene issues....
