This beautiful home is perfect for your dream Chatham vacation this summer! This pristine home offers everything you need, with three spacious bedrooms, and plenty of living space. It is quite close to Forrest Beach Street Beach and Pleasant Street Beach, both quiet family friendly beaches on the Nantucket Sound.
Downtown Chatham is just 5 miles away. Easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail as well.

Exceptional!!!!!!

Everything about this property was exceptional! Had a little issue with the AC when we first arrived but the owners had someone over right away and fixed it asap! The home is absolutely precious and in a great location to Main Street shopping and restaurants as well as the ferry to Nantucket/beaches. We loved spending time here in Chatham and will be back!
