“Check in on arrival was good, staff were friendly. Unfortunately there was a problem with firsty no hot water on the first morning and then water was a dribble from the taps and shower on the second morning recessed it was just an issue on the 5th floor. Window in the room did not lock so kept blowing open in the wind all night. Hotel room was nice a big and clean. ”

“Really well appointed rooms with funky decor, great beds & funiture, and lovely bathrooms. They've done a great job of the hotel and grounds, and it's a great location in the village opposite the church. Easy access to nearby towns, the moors and the coastline. Would highly recommend. A real gem.”

“Jacuzzi was out of order and pool cold due to broken pump. No complimentary breakfast or discount was given. Very disappointed as only booked that hotel over others for facilities and they were unavailable. 30 minute walk to get to the main attractions”

“Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. The pub on site bit pricey but really nice to sit out. Would defiantly recommend and would book again for same apartment.”

“On arrival looked lovely but soon noticed cobwebs & spiders on bedroom walls near the windows. Dust behind the taps on the bathroom sink. The shower temperature is broken so it cant be adjusted. No hangers in the twin bedroom, only 5 hangers in the main wardrobe but wardrobes smell foisty. Pillows on all beds very thin & too soft (no spare pillows). Built in washer - cupboard door doesn't stay closed. To top it off in the twin bedroom, 1 bed had a brown mark on the top of the quilt cover! My son……
