Spring weekend plus

This was a great house, clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked. Dave and Kim were fantastic hosts, super responsive anytime we had a question. Nice neighborhood and great location, including in the off-season when in some towns on the Cape it’s hard to find anything open. The house guide provided lots of good options for eating etc. Very highly recommended!

This was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, plenty of space, ample bathrooms, and such a fun game room area! Also, a perfect location. Finally, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and helped us out in any way that they could. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

We had a wonderful family vacation here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was perfect for our whole family. Even our dog felt right at home! The location was ideal, making it easy to explore Cape Cod and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Our hosts were kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Cod and would love to come back again!

The house was very clean and spacious. Our group of ten had plenty of room to spread out. The home had great amenities to keep everyone happy. Our hosts were also responsive. We recommend!

House was pretty close to expectation and the kids had a blast. Wish there were less trees around the pool, a bit larger property and warmer weather. All in all my youngest grandson (4) asked me if we can come back next year. Think we have something really going here. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great vacation for family

House is great! Loved the split between bedrooms upstairs and bunks/kid space downstairs. We had young kids who had a great time playing, and the parents (and grandparents) had plenty of space to relax with and without the kids.Kitchen was easy to use, much appreciated! And hosts were communicative and friendly. The outdoor shower was key for rinsing off after beach trips, and the neighborhood was calm for walking the dog. Great trip for everyone!

I had family flying in from out of state. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We had 8 adults and 2 children two and under. There were so many beds we could have had more! I’m pretty picky when it comes to bed/bedding and I was thrilled with the firmness of the king bed and the crisp sheets. The space was great for our large group. Both inside and outside dining tables could accommodate us. We really enjoyed the game room too. We were down there every night after we put the kids to sleep. The best part is that it’s away from the bedrooms. We had a wonderful time!

Great Place for a Cape Vacation

This house is excellent, top to bottom. I have been to a healthy amount of properties with my family over the past few years and this one very clearly had the most to offer. Every last "convenience" item was thought of. My kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and having a big area to themselves. We enjoyed the game room as well. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect. Ice cream place right down the road, a couple of restaurants and convenience stores were also close by. You could feasibly walk there without any difficulty. I did it with a few kids under 5.The hosts were also very accommodating. We had realized at the last minute we were going to have to make an adjustment, to which they were very helpful. We also left an item behind and they were immediately in contact with us about it. Overall, the house was a great place for our extended family to enjoy a week. There was something for everyone: board games, shuffleboard, classic video games, pool, hot tub... plenty of propane... what else could you ask for?!

The home was beautiful and functional. We had a great stay. There were a few minor glitches- a missing remote for one of the bedrooms a sliding door that did not lock and another that could not be used because the screen door did not work. A personal visit from the hosts to set up a new remote with the tv and perhaps check out the sliding doors would have been nice.Instead we were sent the remote by mail. and we’re not able to pair it with the tv on our own. But they did communicate very well with us and tried to resolve some issues through messages. We had to call to have the pool cleaned which we would have vacuumed ourselves if one were available. But they did send out the pool crew the next day. Overall we would highly recommend this property. Glitches do happen!
