「Front desk Service very good 」

「Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".」

「The property was so cute and relaxing. The host was responsive and was very helpful when mu flight got canceled. I hope to stay again next year, I loved it. 」

「This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between. The towels are older than me! The lock on the door didn't work properly and completely failed to work properly on two occasions. The washer...
