「There’s lots great about this place but it’s got its quirks. It’s spacious and would be great for a family or larger group. It’s conveniently located about 10min walk from the train station. There’s a few pubs and a gas station for food nearby. Great if you’re going to a show nearby. It was very loud when we stayed there with traffic and the unit below us. The lock on the front door is picky and we got locked in for a while and had to call the owner. They were very responsive and helpful though....

「Check in was hard work. Their communication with access to the property was none existent and we had to contact them via the booking agent as their details were incorrect. No one to speak with until the end when we were charged for damages to a sofa bed that wasn’t even used. Would advise you check everything and report anything you find as soon as you check in.」

「We were walking the wales coast path and had not factored in the demand around Cardiff for accommodation when concerts are on. The student accommodation was the only reasonable priced option we could get for the weekend ( still more expensive than a premier inn) The main issue was heat, the room was very warm, a fan was provided but the window is only open a few issues (H&S) therefore circulating warm air. 「This cellar apartment is a very cool place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful information regarding the area and getting around. Very nicely renovated with a well equipped kitchen, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The bathroom was large with a great shower. It was very comfortable and quiet which made for an excellent night's sleep.」
