「We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away.」

「Really friendly staff from arrival to departure. The room was spacious with a lovely big, comfy bed. Good to have the option of a reading light. We chose to have a meal in the bar and although the staff were busy with a function, we felt looked after. Our meals were beautifully presented and so tasty. Very good location for Queen's Park park run.」

「We did not have breakfast. However we did have dinner which was a disaster. Waited fully an hour for our food to be served. Staff were apologetic and knocked a but off the bill but this did not make up for waiting an hour. Have spent many nights in the Marriot leeds anf always had first class waiting service.」
