"Staff were not very welcoming. The parking staff were not welcoming as well (RUDE). Definitely will not recommend nor will I return to this hotel!!!!"

"Location is great, don’t even have to go outside from the airport to the hotel. Room is very basic, bed scratchy and not overly comfortable. We flew into Boston in order to catch and early morning flight out and it did the job."

"Fabulous & helpful staff. Very friendly. Room was immaculate & beautiful. The hotel was really lovely. Was on an impromptu trip with my young daughters, so didn’t get to visit the on site bar for an afternoon cocktail, we did enjoy a lovely breakfast in the Hotel’s restaurant the next morning. Perfect location, steps to all of the sites. Cannot wait to go back! Really fantastic. "

"The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it isn’t inconvenient. The rooms are showing their age with loose tiles in the bathroom and the faucet proximity to the sink was a poor design by someone who never tested the facilities to prove design"
