They were quick to help rectify the situation and were kind and helpful.”

“After staying for two days, I noticed that I had many bites on my arms, hands, and upper body after the first night, and it was quite itchy. Despite reporting it to the front desk and management, there was no response or follow-up. Very disappointed with such service.”
