"The small room was fine for a one night stay, It was clean and comfortable. The reception employees were not very welcoming. I lost the names of the bell attendants - sorry - they were courteous, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is very charming, and Kensington is wonderful."

"Location is the BEST!!!! AC not working so well but it was a hot September days. We requested for a fan and the fan was ok but the AC is not cold enough they send someone asap to fix the problem they follow up too if your concerns are resolved. They have footies but you have to ask. Tesco is close.KFC,Coffee shop and tube. Walkable to Kensington south. We have fridge we never used but it would be nice to have a microwave or better yet Airfryer. I am not giving perfect score on my review coz it’s far from perfect and close enough. Location,location,location!!!! We had 3 single bed in the bedroom but it’s still comfy enough space and corners for the 3 of us. Definitely coming back. Btw there’s no hair dryer too. But again amazing location."

"Took a trip with my mom and we absolutely loved this stay! The Drey is located in the perfect spot, where it's not touristy at all. The room had everything we needed, we were obsessed with how nice everything smelled. Would come back here again and recommend it to anyone."

"This was the perfect home base for our short girls trip to London. We had space, a clean bathroom, a spacious living room area with a sofa bed, and a kitchen with dishwasher and laundry. The electrical outlets were available almost everywhere we wanted - as two girls travelling together, an outlet in the bathroom would have been helpful. The staff brought our luggage up to our room because we arrived before check in time and then left our luggage to go explore a bit. The elevator was small, but functional. It might be a right squeeze with large suitcases. The style of the unit was clean and modern. The absolute best thing was the location. We used the Tube (underground/subway train) daily and we were right at Gloucester station, which was also a good starting point for the local buses and the hop on hop off bus. The only real issue we had was that the extra bedding for the sofa bed was quite high up in the closet, and we could not reach the extra pillows. Everything else was a dream."

"Budget friendly but excellent facilities with clean comfortable rooms and good breakfast options for meat and veggies! I also liked the complimentary coffee and pastries in reception after midday. Very close to Royal Albert Hall , 10 minute walk - which made it very convenient"
