A very cozy spot right on the beach. I loved having the option to open the sliding door and sit outside for a bit, and the locks were very secure. Nice and clean, not too large but I was able to find what I needed easily. The chairs and couch are comfy as well, which was important to me, and they have a little shower outside to wash the sand off before coming back in. Quiet complex with some exception but hey, it's Padre on the weekend.

Great place to stay

4 stars because the bed was a queen and not a king, also the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a great time and the beach was walking distance.

One of the nicest things about this place is that the setting is so beautiful. I could walk outside my door and step into a garden with palm trees, bougainvillea's, and so many other flowers. And in the middle of it all is this big swimming pool with a wonderful hot tub. The temperature was just right in the hot tub and so relaxing

The place was cozy and clean. On the downside… the bed is NOT a king It’s a queen. The sofa bed sags in the middle and unless you’re 2, you won’t be sleeping well. It is very close to the beach. They might leave more toilet paper. You only get 2 rolls. For a week. If the sofa bed was replaced it would be much better!

The only thing we did not enjoy was getting kicked out swimming pool at 11 pm adults should be ab...

Other than getting kicked out of the pool on a Saturday night I think for it being a weekend they should extend the hours a little later for Adults unless there being loud or reckless But Everything else was good Just when we checked in there’s was hair in the bathtub. And parking lot, cars were so close to one another. But everything was Great!!!!

Quiet little weekend

My wife and I enjoyed our weekend here. The condo was clean and quiet. The beach was a short walk away and the pool and hot tub were nice. Cable and wifi were a plus. The only issue I could say is that the ceiling fan in the bedroom was squeaky on higher settings.

Booking and check in were easy and efficient. Condo was clean and equipped. Pool very clean and enjoyable. Suggestion - assign parking slots by room number. Parking was a bit chaotic.

Great location with a "Vintage" feel

Looking for a Golden Girls Experience? This property is for you! The decor is that of 1979 and the bed gave in so much, my lower back was as painful as Rose's stories :-). The parking spaces were terribly narrow. If you have a nice car, it would be worth it to park elsewhere. However, the space was clean, the pool was very nice, the location is just a short walk to the beach and for the price, I would say it was definitely worth it.
