"Great location, great lady on the counter in the evening and made our family feel comfortable"

"Lovely resort with beautiful views. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms are small, stand up shower only. The room itself was nice, balcony facing the water with chairs and a table. Perfect spot to have morning coffee or enjoy dinner. The resort does have a restaurant - we arrived about 230pm on a Tuesday to see that they had closed early due to running out of food. Not sure if this is something that happens often? Was disappointing but we had brought snacks and food with us so made do with that and some "

"Very nice quiet atmosphere with a great veiw from the ocean king room we had for our stay. Boat shuttle service to Butchart Gardens was very convenient. Room service for meals was also nice!"
