「The location itself was the draw to this resort, and it was worth the effort to get there. We found the area to be very relaxing and tranquil. There was only one night with some excessive noise by a neighboring cottage. Otherwise, it felt like we were there alone for most of the time we spent at the resort. 「Hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and receptive. Their dogs (hypoallergic poodles) were the cutest to play with and well-behaved. The room itself (Library Room) is cozy and rustic with more than enough things we needed. Some items like toothpaste are lacking but I'm sure that if you ask the hosts, you'll be able to get one anyway. Overall, the experience was incredible and I would recommend this place to everyone! 「Breakfast was disappointing. Delivered the night before to room: A wrapped muffin, piece of cheese, mandarin, and yogurt. Juice and cereal available downstairs. Pre-Covid was a fabulous three course hot gourmet breakfast. Time saving and cost cutting seems to be the order of the day. Such a shame. 」
