“Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. ”

“Ski trip to Heavenly with the family. The place is 15- 20 minutes from Heavenly and 15 minutes to the village at S. Lake Tahoe. Walkable to a pizza place and coffee shop. There is a place across the street to rent skis (I did not know this before booking and rented somewhere else). The space itself is super comfortable and well stocked.
