"The room was nice. The front desk staff was nice and let us check in a little early which was great. Overall things were pretty clean. Bedding, towels etc.we’re all clean. The room could have been a bit better dusted and vacuumed. There was a lot of dust on lamp shades, window sills, baseboards and the back of the bathroom door and fluff on the carpet around the beds. Nothing concerning just could have more attention to detail. Overall a nice stay. Was a little confused about some sort of VIP experience that I kept getting emails about so hard to tell what was included in the reservation and what wasn’t and also didn’t love the $300 deposit on two rooms I already paid for? But it might have been in the small print that I missed. But the property was nice and the staff was very nice and professional."

Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago

"Over the years, I stayed at Club Quarters multiple times. This hotel consistently delivers quality service. The location is conveniently located near multiple transit stops, including the Blue and Red lines for the L. The property is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they offer free water, tea, and coffee. It seems like such a small thing, but I really appreciate the free water stations on every floor. You aren't getting charged $10 for a small bottle of water like other hotels. It's these little thoughtful touches that sets Club Quarters apart. This time, I had an early arrival in Chicago and the hotel staff graciously offered to store my luggage (without cost) until a room was ready, so I could explore the city without having to carry around my suitcase. The front desk staff are helpful, but there is also a self check-in kiosk, if you prefer. The rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a great visit. I'll be back the next time I am in Chicago."

"Location was amazing. A few changes and the hotel could be great. Big trash barrels on my floor as you get ioff elevator on your floor. Yuck. Elevators painfully slow. No real amenities. Staff was ok. Could have bumped up friendliness a few notches. Though my check out girl was very nice. Rooms fairly new. I might stay there again but idk."

"I had a wonderful stay! The red line is about an 8 minute walk to/from hotel if you’re flying in. The hotel overall is a tiny bit dated but nothing is worn down or dirty. Rooms were spacious & the 5th floor where I stayed was nice and quiet, I will remember that when I come back to visit!"
