The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. “I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk……

“The bar that held the shower curtain was loose from the wall and it made tough for the curtain to stay shut while in the shower. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.”

“Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly……

“Guy checked me in the wrong room and then had me move or pay extra. Wouldn’t be a problem but it was 1am and I was exhausted. The hotel wasn’t even fully booked. ”

“The room was not ready. Coffee spill on the floor in the lobby ignored. Wall tiles missing from the lobby wall in sitting area. The room had multiple paint gouges/scratches. No chair, no iron, no bedside lamps. ”

“I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available.”
