「This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「The room was very spacious. Had a refrigerator and a table so that we could buy a few groceries such as cold cuts, bread, wine and cheese to enjoy if we didn’t want to dine out. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. We would stay there again. 」

「We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only...

「Nice and cozy place, very friendly staff, good wine, delicious food, and a stunning view of Bozano city. The perfect place to escape the rush of city life and be close to nature. Be aware that you have to drive 20 minutes uphill to get there, but it's worth it. Highly recommended.」

「This charming and comfortable hotel is in the center of the old town. There are many restaurants, shops, and attractions within steps of the hotel. We used Bolzano as a base for several days of exploring both the city and the Dolomites. We highly recommend this hotel.」

「Maria, and Sofia are so friendly and approachable. They helped us with setting up right room temperature to make sure we have a good rest. They make some gourmet meals in the bistro, plus the breakfast is hearty, yummy and beautifully presented! We had a wonder time and we will be back! 」
