“We had an overnight stay here for a friend's birthday and really enjoyed our stay , It's not the Ritz as some previous reviewers seemed to expect,but it was clean ,the guy on the reception was friendly and helpful and we managed to use the outdoor swimming pool.An ideal location for what we needed ,”

“This is a nice property that's had love and care poured into restoring it. The property is however over-marketed (and over-priced) in our opinion. Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. The park its in has a run down feel to it and the first impression was of deep disappointment. Once you've moved in then its a lovely property on the inside. The garden is communal - there is no division……

“Nice apartment, ideal positioning, Illfracombe is very steep, but lovely walks to be had. Car parking is free after 6pm in the town also. We didn’t use the facilities but pool looked a decent size. Cushions on the bed were very hard. Could maybe do with a couple of soft ones in the wardrobe as a just incase. Lovely place overall. ”

“Very nice stay the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful our room was clean,comfortable and spacious. Having a carpark is a must and near to the hotel I would recommend too anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with a good breakfast. ”
