It is a nice flat - clean, quiet, comfortable. My issue is with access. I really struggled to locate the property: there is no street number, name, on the building. With some difficulty as it was getting dark, I found the key-box. It is chained to a drainpipe at knee height, in a gutter that smells of urine. Then I had real trouble getting into the flat. The key into the building is fine. I then walked up 4 flights of stairs with my luggage - as the lift is broken. The key to the flat did not work, so I could not enter (7PM). There was no way to contact the host - no phone number, no email. I sent a message via Expedia - I have never had a reply. At 8PM I left to find a hotel. By chance, I met someone to try the key again. He turned the key further than I did - and it worked. Otherwise I would have had no access and demanded a refund.
