★ Strictly no parties or events
★ Please be mindful of our neighbours and other guests. This is a quiet residential, neighbourhood. No noise after 10pm.
★ We may reassign your booking to an alternative room. Please be assured that any room changes will include the same amenities and facilities to ensure your comfort.
★ Please note that guests will be required to sign a guest contract prior to being allowed access to the property. This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay.
