「The front staff were friendly and helpful. There was no air conditioning and we actually were there on a couple of their rare hot days. But the staff gave us more fans, and it worked out fine. The coffee in the room was super weak, but the coffee in the lobby was great and they had tea & hot cocoa too. 」

「It's a very cute old building. The owner, Jeff, was very kind, helpful, and flexible. It was close to everything in town. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again when in Haines.」
