“Restaurants were excellent”

“TV's didn't work. changed batteries twice and remote once. thermostat in room all taped up. Staff at front desk was very helpful. brought a blanket and tried to fix remote. fixed the heater. very thin beadspread and no blanket. lots of drug deals going on outside the main lobby. i did not feel secure there.”

“Historic property that is well maintained and provideds a great experience. I loved how large my room was and the bed was very comfortable. Location is perfect if you would like to experience downtown Juneau. I am looking forward to my next visit in the near future. Thank you for such a great experience.”

“It was not worth $600.00 per night. There was no hot water in the shower, a water leak coming from the ceiling with a sticky residue, no air conditioning and it smelled stale.”
