While extending our reservation she was asking how my dad was, how I was after being up for 20 hrs she could tell I was exhausted, and asked if we needed additional room items, etc…very caring and if we owned a chain of hotels I’d make her the corporate trainer for managers. She wasn’t a corporate robot and I can’t tell you how much it meant to me after being……
