「I did not like how Hot it was inside the building when you first walked in. The associate wasn’t friendly at all when I checked in. Then the room I was given had a really noisy A/c unit so it was hard for me to sleep that night. I solo travel for work so the area was nice and well lit. The room was clean but the A/c unit was very noisy and to me that’s unacceptable. The breakfast was terrible as well. Overall I would not be coming back to stay here.」

Next day, before check out time, housekeeper just barged into the room without knocking first which was just plain rude but I didn’t say anything other than we’re still here. Also didn’t care for the mattress. Bed comfort is subjective but this one didn’t feel like a...
