「I did not like the property at all. The pictures that was on the site did not look like where I was at. My key did not work since the day I checked in and in order for me to get into room I had to call which it was no immediate response. My last night was the longest I waited to get in the room which was an hour long such an inconvenience. I was not even able to check out effectively nobody answered the phone and I have been calling for hours. The communication the cleanliness the everything...

「This host double booked our room. She didn’t reach out to let me know I had to find out from the people who were there. Also didn’t my full refund, we had traveled all day to find out this terrible news.」

「I enjoyed this property. Pool was beautiful, room was spacious, comfortable & quiet! Only thing is the coffee maker didn’t work so I had to go down the street for coffee UGH! Wished there were a few more pots but I made due with what I had. Enjoyed the patio & the security of the building! Will certainly consider staying again! Thanks!」

「Very helpful and had great communication!」

「Absolutely wonderful! Hoping to come back」

Everything you can think of has been provided, coffee pods/sugar/creamer. Complex itself is new and in good shape, Neighboors were quiet and the property grounds were immaculate. We come often for trips to the Mayo Clinic and 100% would stay again. We have stayed at multiple properties in Jax over the last 6 months, this is by far the...

「Nette Leute und saubere Zimmer, vielen Dank, James Holder, treuer Kunde」

「I had to wait 20 minutes at checkin for employee to show. The key did not work. The rekey did not work. Receptionist went with us to program our door lock and could not do so. Thus we never had a workable key. There were no sheets on the bed, no towels or wash cloths, no toilet paper, no TV remote. Each time I went to office, I had to wait 5-15 minutes for receptionist because she was busy supplying others like us. Once I got a remote, the TV did not work. The bath tub had scum in it. The toilet...
