「Great privately owned motel. The rooms are decorated to honor the region and come equipped with all you need. The staff are accommodating and resourceful. Do not hesitate to book here. This not a cookie cutter type place. It is like staying in your own casita.」

「Location is sketchy, graffiti on neighbors buildings didn’t feel safe after reading a sign that said not responsible for stolen goods and vandalism like it’s a common problem they needed to address .For the price of around 250 for a room spend your money elsewhere.」

「Everything was wonderful! The hotel was spotless and the staff was so wonderful and helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the elevator did not work for the days that we were at the hotel, which made it difficult to transport our luggage and have to go up and down the stairs every day. Other than that, I cannot wait to stay at the hotel once again.」

「I have stayed here once a year for about 6 years or longer . It’s always been nice. Clean room, quiet and convenient for my work. If you like real authentic Mexican food, then there is a little restaurant you can walk to from the hotel on Cerrillos road, Horseman’s. Also I have always liked the way the rooms are laid out. And you get a couch and a desk.」

「Poorly maintained property, ,trash every where. My room stunk, the sheets were questionable. Old mattress. The breakfast was good. Staff were reasonably friendly. I wouldn't stay here again.」

「The Hacienda & Spa at Hotel Santa Fe is beautifully situated near the Santa Fe Depot and within easy reach of highly rated restaurants such as Paloma and Tomasita’s. The hotel itself is lovely, with a distinctive Southwestern character, and our suite was excellent overall. That said, our Labor Day weekend stay had a few drawbacks.
