“What an awful stay - everything was OK until I woke up in the small hours of the morning with bites all over my arms. I ended up sleeping width ways at the foot of the bed as I am certain that bedbugs had bitten me whilst lying on the pillows by the headboard. I complained to Debbie in the morning and she steadfastly refused to acknowledge that it could be bedbugs even though I showed here all the bites, including 2 on my neck. “Apartment was clean and exactly as stated in the advertisement! Only issue we encountered was the front door being locked and on latch at 2am… However the property manager responded within 10 minutes even at 2am in the morning. Excellent service!”
