「Our stay was fine for the short time we were there as a place to lay our heads but for the price we paid I was a little disappointed. 「What an awful stay - everything was OK until I woke up in the small hours of the morning with bites all over my arms. I ended up sleeping width ways at the foot of the bed as I am certain that bedbugs had bitten me whilst lying on the pillows by the headboard. I complained to Debbie in the morning and she steadfastly refused to acknowledge that it could be bedbugs even though I showed here all the bites, including 2 on my neck. 「The whole property was spotless and had everything we needed」

「Great location, right in the centre of town but did mean our room, with single glazed windows, was extremely noisy. Other than that, everything was great about the hotel and room. The staff were great, the breakfast delicious, the room and bathroom were huge and well appointed.」
