"The hotel is conveniently located and the shuttle and reception staff were amazing. The free bird restaurant food and staff were also top notch. My room was not as clean as I like it there was hair and make up stains from previous guests. The shower faucet also leaked like crazy. "

"The room was not clean, the floor was wet, don't know from what , and it smelled terrible, for the cost of the room, I was very dissapointed, usually Best Western is a sure thing, not the top, but definitly much better than this mess. "
