“We spent one night at the Plaza Motel, on a road trip from Montana to California. The motel is what we expected: fairly basic, with parking right outside your room door. The room was clean and well-maintained though a bit dated. There was a coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator, which we had to turn on when we got to our room (it was a very small refrigerator so it got cold pretty fast). There are ice and vending machines. It looks like there are picnic tables and a grill on the lawn; we……

“Luckily another couple was just checking in and told us that we had to call the number on the sign to get the code to get our key. There's no office and we didn't know how to get into our rooms. The rooms smelled really clean and they appeared to be clean. I was really excited that the floors were not carpet. My kids had brought some toys to play with and after about 35-40 mins of playing "farm" on the floor the knees of their pants were black!!! at first glance, the floors looked clean……

“The staff didn't seems friendly when we checked in. She were unhappy with our booking, I guess she couldn't earn more money since we booked the cheaper room. But we are guests, why she thought the unhappy face to us.”
