「I liked the location of the property. It was accessible to shopping, dining, casinos, and Riverwalk. I didn’t like the fact that our hotel room heating unit wouldn’t warm the room enough. It was blowing vo air all night even when we turned the unit off we felt cool air coming from somewhere. Overall, it’s a good place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Friendly staff and good restaurants on site. The food was great」

「Everything was clean, the staff were extremely nice, but due to some folks in our party having asthma and allergies as well as being on oxygen we struggled with having selected non smoking rooms only to arrive and have the lobby, elevator, and 3 of the floors we had rooms on smell like pot smoke. It’s something others might want to be aware of the hotel allowing when some people really medically need non smoking. The beds were also on some type of platform that some of the elderly and children...

「We've stayed at this hotel a few different times. It's very convenient to walk to the festival area we attend every year as well as the Marti Gras parades.
