「This hotel claims to have a hot breakfast. But for 3 days they had a sign that said their oven was broken so no hot breakfast. The last two days the entire breakfast area was closed by the State health department. I asked about a reduction in rates but the clerk said he didn't have any control over that. Also one of the elevators was broken the entire time we were there. I also found a barrette and a TV remote under the bed, so apparently the bed hadn't been cleaned under」

「The place was beautifully clean, well-decorated and thoughtfully appointed. We had the entire place to ourselves, too. The bed was comfortable. The main areas were well-stocked with candies, teas, coffees, etc. I would definitely stay again!」

「Terrible experience. I had to cancel last minute to due strep throat and flu. Hotel WOULD NOT refund me - even with a doctor's note! Expedia said it was the hotel's decision, and the hotel said it was expedia's decision. Called and waited OVER AN HOUR with expedia and basically got nowhere! Super frustrating. Will not use expedia nor stay at a LaQuinta ever again!」

Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.」
