「Clean and comfortable. We can in for a concert at Electric City and was a really easy walk there and to theater district. valet service was nice. Had to request a microwave which was odd but was in the room at check in. We arrived a bit early but room was ready so they let us check in. Hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. Just plan to eat elsewhere for dinner. We went down for dinner around 430 and there was not one worker in the restaurant. Two customers at the bar said they went...

「Staff at restaurant were very friendly at breakfast and also at the bar in the evening. My family stayed there for my nephew's graduation. My Sister has cancer and has been very sick for a long time, but at your bar I saw her smile and laugh for the first time in at least 3 years! Thank you so much for a wonderful family experience!」

「The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please avoid. Some staff were rude, told me to pick up my towels from the front desk after I complained that my room was not cleaned, and said 'it is a courtesy from them to bring any amenities to the hotel guests'. I stayed there for almost a week, yet my room was never cleaned even when I requested room cleaning service. I also saw some ants in my room. Disgusting」
