The fabric on the couch looked like it had never been cleaned, disgusting, stains all over it. The floors were sticky, the towel situation was terrible, Saw house keepers around, but no one came to take trash, deliver towels etc. Old railing was thrown under the stairs with rusty nails exposed. easily accessible to small children to fall on. 「The staff was very friendly and attentive. When I reported that the TV had no signal, they responded quickly and checked the problem. Unfortunately, the room itself was very disappointing. There were no convenient outlets for charging a phone, the lighting was poor, and the room was extremely outdated.
