“This my second time staying there. Not a bad place at all. Has everything you mostly need around there and easy access to I275… Only thing I didn’t like is I don’t remember them asking for a security deposit when you arrived.”

“This is a reasonable and cute place to stay (while visiting our son at Miami Ohio)- quaint and clean, not fancy. FYI there is a $1500 deposit that is charged in case of damages- it posted on my credit card and I had to wait for a refund so I was not happy about that.”

“Wish we had more time to enjoy this rental and Loveland. We got in pretty late and left early. The set up was perfect and everything was clean and new looking with flair. I would definitely go out of my way to stay there again if I am in the state.”

“The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I……

“The property was spectacularly clean, looked just like it did in the pictures, and was a wonderful place to stay before our mini marathon in Troy! Host left us a small present, and was more than wonderful! You can’t beat this property!!!”

“The house is immaculate. Plenty of sleeping room, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The garage is a game room with ping pong and so much more. Foosball in the basement that our family played daily. Overall a great place to stay!”
