「The hotel is GORGEOUS! The rooms are beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. I loved the casino (it didnt love me) and the restaurants on site were very good as well. My ONLY complaint was the nasty old lady working the late shift at the check in counter. I did not get her name but she was so awful, rude and miserable her coworker Kylie however.. she was a sweetheart and working her butt off still remained kind and helpful even when the nasty lady snapped at her for asking a question」
