Add mountain hiking, biking, skiing and all kinds of outdoor activities to your agenda for your next Highlands getaway, staying in this superb holiday home with space for ten guests. Just 1.5 miles away, explore the vibrant village of Spean Bridge, home to the iconic Commando Memorial, this base for adventure is known as ‘the crossroads of the Highlands’, connecting visitors to Inverness and the Isle of Skye in the north, and Fort William to the south. Fort William is just 10.5 miles away, offering an abundance of independent stores and cafés to peruse. Ben Nevis sits on the outskirts of town (11 miles). As the highest mountain in Scotland, this impressive summit is a must for adventure-ready hikers and bikers. A little further still, make your way to the vast Cairngorms National Park (24 miles), a destination for forest hikes, mountain biking, skiing and endless wildlife spotting.

This impressive property has been finished to an exceptionally high standard, with tiling, fixtures and fittings indicative of its quality. Open-plan living awaits in the generous lounge, kitchen and dining area, an expansive room with large windows that flood the space with daylight and offer mountain views. The kitchen is a well-equipped, smartly designed area where budding chefs can get to work, complete with a large island and breakfast stools for casual dining. A bar area with designated wine fridges sits just beside it. Come together and raise a glass as a group, sitting down at the dining table for leisurely mealtimes. The lounge features soft seating centred around a real woodturner, the perfect addition for cool evenings. Enjoy entertainment from the Smart TV or elect someone to tickle the ivories on the electric piano. Separate from this living space, a functional utility room features laundry appliances and ample space for storing outdoor equipment or suitcases. The first of five bedrooms is located on the ground floor and offers a luxurious space for two to unwind. It features a super-king-size bed, a separate dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with an egg-shaped feature bath and a decadent walk-in shower. Upstairs, the sophistication continues in the remaining four bedrooms, each one a king. Two of these are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, while the others share access to a final, expertly designed shower room. One bedroom also benefits from an additional dressing room – an undisputed touch of luxury. Moving from the bedrooms onto the mezzanine landing, discover a library of books and games to enjoy throughout your stay.

When the sun shines, let the French doors lead you onto the delightful patio. This unenclosed garden features an expanse of lawn and a furnished patio, with grazing livestock often wandering nearby. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ set the scene for summer evenings. To complete the property, discover ample private parking to accommodate all.
