Great house! Clean, comfortable, and perfect for groups. AC worked great and the lake access was excellent.Outdoor upkeep needs work: we found raccoon scat around the patio, fire pit, and pool area, and the grill setup felt neglected. Pool was fine, but the lake was the real highlight.WiFi didn’t work at all, and Vacasa support was unhelpful. Please don’t list it as an amenity if it’s not reliable. Also, a proper trail to the lake would help avoid thorny stickers and fire ants.Overall, a fun stay with lots of potential. With some outdoor improvements and working WiFi, this could be a truly amazing spot.

Great view from the pool area. The home was very cozy. Our family enjoyed the stay of 4 days and would stay again. Minor cons: stickers in the grass and better access to the lake/boat barn on the property.

Amazing Stay for a groups of families

Private “ranchette” style property that offers direct access to lake travis. The pool with the covered outdoor kitchen and lounge space is where we spent most of our time. Great place to grill and entertain while the kiddos play in the pool.

Beds are comfy. The view is beautiful. Unfortunately that big beautiful grill in the pics is not working, that hot tub is not working, the grass is thigh high, glasses were dirty, dead bugs on many surfaces, the microwave was scary broken, there was some alarm telling us that we were trespassing when we were on the porch, and we had no internet for most of the first day when we were planning on working there. we got a 50 credit for our troubles...this place could be great, but it needs some attention.

Overall it was a great property. It was very beautiful and a great place for a get away. There were a few flaws. 1. We had no internet as the one we were provided kept saying there was no internet at the time. And the other one we were suggested to try kept saying incorrect password. 2. There were tons is little needles throughout the property so I suggest walking with some boots and inspecting clothing before going back into the house.

Beautiful pool.Quiet and scenic.

The swimming pool was a big plus. Very beautiful pool. I have sent suggestions for future guests to Vacasa. Have high praises for this company. The grass by the pool and in general grass around the immediate house and guest house property where you walk , are in need of mowing and the grass burrs are horrendous when you get them on you. They are actually painful even for us big adults. You had to watch your pool toys to keep them from getting on them. Not the easiest thing to remove without sticking yourself.

Great yard and view

The land and outdoor area was great but needed to be mowed. Pool was cloudy. None of the indoor tvs would work. Upstairs a/c seemed to be struggling and from the looks of the access that was on a high living room wall being super dusty, I would imagine the filter hadn’t been changed in quite some time.Overall it worked for what we needed it to but seemed overpriced for what we got
