「Incredibly loud, impossible to get any sleep. Someone on my floor had their TV cranked ALL the way up, so loud it was echoing through the hall and I could hear it through my walls. The people above me were running around, in shoes, at all hours. The people next to me had a dog that was going nuts. The walls are paper thin.
