"Travis at the front desk was very welcoming. Room availability was delayed 10 minutes, but he immediately gave me a drink token to use at the bar while I waited. Room was ready before I finished my beer! Room and bed was super clean and comfy."

"I am giving 5 star because the African American lady at the registration office. I think her name was La Price. is very competent. Hotels.com somehow forgot to include my name on the itinerary. The other Gentleman at front could have fixed it, but did not. Instead, he asked me to contact Hotels.com, but this lady understood the underlying issue and was eager to resolve it competently. She even waived the nightly parking fees. Thank you so much "
