Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. I found the code lock to be extremely handy so I didn't have to worry about losing a key or key card while at the beach. This property is an apartment style building right in the neighborhood. “The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. However, the check-in process took far too long (nearly two hours). For an all-inclusive resort, I expected more activities and better room service options. While the amenities were decent, there is definitely room for improvement in those areas. “Our didn’t get off to a good start. The hotel over booked and they had no suites for our family of five. They gave us two rooms next to one another that did not connect. It’s was like we were on two separate vacations. We finally got the room we paid for on the third day of our seven day trip. Most of the staff were courteous and polite. The food was decent enough. Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible.
